Each one of our Bringing Back the Cycle programs is slightly different because the reason you aren’t having a cycle is not always the same as it is for your best friend. We are not all alike!
Just like Bringing Back the Cycle these symptoms were likely created by chronic stress, which then affects your adrenals and your blood quality, degrading your natural energy.
The difference is that here there is a strong emphasis on intense hot flashes and lots of dryness (sexual fluids, cervical mucus, etc.). Occasional surges of irritability or even anger are more common than an undercurrent of anxiety. The only cold that can show up is immediately after a hot flash is gone. If your normal constitution was feeling cooler than other people you might feel very cold right after a flash.
